The four-hour threshold must be met in a single segment; separate sessions cannot be combined. Breaks and changes during your booking count toward your reserved time.

How do I request a session?

Complete the interest form with your recording needs, preferred dates and session length. Inquiries are reviewed for fit and availability. If accepted, you'll receive the studio details and address privately before confirming a booking.

The Hudson Room is in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, New York City. The address is shared privately after your inquiry is accepted, along with access arrangements and the details you need to review before booking.

Can I record a video podcast with up to six people?

Yes. The recording package supports up to six participants with Hudson River views, up to six Shure microphones, two fixed HD camera angles and simple lighting. Recording support, original camera files and separate audio tracks are included. Share any specific equipment or file requirements in your interest form.

What do I receive after recording?

Original camera files and separate audio tracks for your editor. Your package includes delivery within two business days and 30 days of file retention after delivery. File formats and transfer arrangements are agreed before booking.

How much does podcast studio rental cost?

At The Hudson Room, sessions under four hours cost $850/hour. One continuous session of four hours or more costs $500/hour for every hour: four hours is $2,000, six hours is $3,000 and eight hours is $4,000. All prices are in USD, plus applicable tax. Separate sessions cannot be combined to qualify. No monthly plan is required.

Can I bring my producer or crew?

Include your team size, equipment and file requirements in the interest form. Agencies can record different client shows within the same continuous booking, subject to the agreed attendance and use rules. Crew access and any additional requirements are confirmed privately.
